"Checkout was surprisingly smooth"
Checkout was actually easy this time, which made me a little suspicious. My order went through fast with no weird errors, and picking the payment option and pickup time was simple. Hopefully it stays that way.

"I order from Festival Foods every now and..."
I order from Festival Foods every now and then, and the customer service has been a little mixed for me. One time someone got back to me quickly and was helpful, but another time I had to wait a while and the answer I got felt basic. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as useful as I was hoping for, if that makes sense. Overall it works, but there’s definitely room for improvement

"Pickup was fine, but I felt a little awkward"
I ordered groceries online and did pickup, and overall it was okay. A couple of my items were missing, and the wait ended up being longer than I expected. I felt kind of embarrassed sitting there for so long and then having to ask about the missing stuff, but the staff was really nice about it. I’d probably use it again, just not if I’m in a rush.

"Good prices, though some items could be better"
I’ve ordered from Festival Foods a few times now, the prices are decent for my weekly shop. The sale items are easy enough to find, and most of the time I don’t feel like they’re trying to sneak in higher prices compared to what I’d pay on a normal grocery run.

For the things I buy every week, the value has been solid. A few items do feel like they could be priced a little more fairly, but overall it still saves me money and time, so I can’t complain too much...

"Always feels clean and easy to shop"
I shop at Festival Foods often, the place always puts me in a better mood because it’s so clean. The floors, carts, bathrooms, and even the checkout area all look like someone actually cares about keeping things nice.
It makes grocery shopping feel way less annoying when nothing feels gross, sticky, or cluttered. The shelves are easy to browse, and there’s never that weird dirty grocery store smell. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Deli dinner kind of missed the mark"
I grabbed some deli chicken and a couple of sides for dinner, hoping for an easy meal. The staff was friendly, so no complaints there. But this is where it got annoying: the chicken ended up being really dry, and the pasta salad had that old, sitting-too-long taste. For what it cost, the prepared food just didn’t feel worth it this time.

"Nice variety when I’m in the mood to browse"
I like shopping on Festival Foods because there’s a good mix of stuff to choose from. When I’m feeling practical, I can grab my usual groceries, but if I’m in a snacky or curious mood, I usually find some fun random brands or treats I don’t see everywhere. There are enough options to keep it interesting without feeling overwhelming, which makes getting everything in one place a lot easier.

"Produce wasn’t worth the hassle"
Got my order and a few pieces of fruit were already soft, and the lettuce looked like it had been sitting around too long. It wasn’t completely awful, but for the price I really expected better. Now I have to sort through everything and figure out what’s still usable, which is exactly the extra work I was trying to avoid by ordering groceries in the first place.
